NEW RELEASE! Get a Bit of Paranormal in Your Mystery
Washington, DC, is about more than politics!
Jewel thieves, high-stakes gamblers, alien creatures, mythological creatures, and a wizard or two—it’s all part of what some call “The Deep State” in the capital city of the United States of America. You just don’t hear about all that in the news. So I had to do my exposé in this book of five very odd cases that pose quite a challenge for private investigator Zachariah Fontaine, hip deep in the mix along with the luscious Jessica Cushing.
Zach and Jess are two characters in the story “The Eyes of Cleopatra” in The Stardust Alliance and More. I wanted to back up a little and show how they met and some of the other odd cases they had teamed up to solve. I ended up going more the paranormal route than the science fiction route, though. It starts with them finding out that Jess’ soon-to-be-ex-husband is involved in something more sinister than a simple extramarital affair with a Congresswoman. As further such odd cases arise, Jess’ society connections in the DC area prove to be an asset to Zach. Her involvement in those cases turns into more. But I dare not say anything further.
We writers often write what we find enjoyable, especially in fiction, and have the more fervent hope that you readers will find it enjoyable, too. Such is the case here. Getting into things beyond the real world was like going on a vacation to some foreign, exotic land. And I hope you will enjoy that journey as much as I did.
Happy reading! And please leave a review wherever you buy and/or on your social media. Thanks.

My Other Four Books:
Thank you. I prefer defining the term "occult " verbally or rather etymologically as something that's hidden. So I'm looking forward to your individual approach. Thanks a lot. All the best.
I like the road you have taken. I am in love (can I say that?) with occult detective fiction. So I am expecting something that is leading me to unknown zones. Thank you - and I'll check out the previous books, too.
