Cover Reveal and Pre-order for My New Christmas Romance Novel
A Very Bookish Christmas is coming!
My sixth book will soon be here! This is my second Christmas Romance novel. And in all honesty, I think it’s a lot better, more depth, a trickier plot, but in the end…
Yeah, I know what you’re thinking: “Hey! It’s not even Halloween yet!” Sadly, in the world of publishing, Christmas themed books need to come out about now. In fact, I’ve already seen others being promoted on Twitter/X, so please excuse my preempting the last weeks of the Scary Season.
You can pre-order the Kindle version today (October 13th) through October 31st, and it will be auto-delivered to your Kindle on November 1st.
About the novel:
In late November a few weeks after rare book expert Crystal McInney’s relationship with her long-time boyfriend ends abruptly, she trades the sunshine of Orlando, Florida, for a more traditional Christmas atmosphere in her hometown of Placer, South Dakota. Unsure of her future, she begins a new job: cataloging and valuing the massive private library of Saul Custer, the town curmudgeon. Saul’s son Jason, whom she had jilted in their junior year of high school, shows up from New York City with his fiancée. Crystal’s feelings toward Jason, both attraction and anger over the past, resurface, but she is determined to stay focused on her job. Christmas almost isn’t when Crystal finds a potentially rare and valuable journal and rushes off, with Jason following her, to Bloomington, Indiana, to get it authenticated. Will this journal prove to be a treasure that will save the library and get Crystal and Jason past their “youthful foolishness”?
Paperback and audio book covers
I enjoy doing the covers almost as much as writing the books. In fact, the right side of my brain begins to itch at some point during the writing process and starts coming up with ideas. And I have fun scratching that itch.
The paperback will be available wherever books are sold the first week of November (some sites take a few days to add new books, but Amazon will have it on November 1st). And I did some with this cover that I didn’t have the courage to do with the other paperback covers. Can you see what it is?
Audio books always take more time to become available, but here’s the cover:
My other five books (so far):
I ask a small favor: if you’ve bought and/or read any of these, please post a review here or elsewhere online.

This sounds great! And the gold lettering on the cover is fantastic. Good luck with it all... 😎
