NOTE: I cannot guarantee that people listed here do NOT use AI in some way (images and/or text) but I do my best. I have confirmed some. They are marked “dhw.” The worst part of using AI is when the user does not reveal this to the audience. Writing and creating visuals is a very human skill. Some of us have worked long and hard to develop ours. Many of you are working on that now. The fakers drag us all down.

Fiction is divided into two main categories, or so I have seen on various sites that present themselves as authorities on the subject:
Genre (mystery, romance, sci-fi, drama, horror, historical, etc.)
Literary (usually anything that’s not of a specific genre and often considered to be more focused on ideas that plot, characters, etc., but I beg to differ)
These genre days are great opportunities to showcase your work and are also inspirational!
